NO REFUNDS

All purchases made through The Garden of Knowledge W.L.L are final.
Once a payment has been successfully processed, no refunds, exchanges, or cancellations will be issued under any circumstances.

Due to the nature of our educational services, digital content, bookings, and subscriptions, access is considered granted immediately upon purchase.

By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this Refund Policy.

CHARGEBACKS & PAYMENT DISPUTES (TAP PAYMENTS)

Payments made through TAP are subject to TAP’s payment processing and dispute resolution procedures.

Customers agree not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes for transactions that comply with this Refund Policy and our Terms and Conditions.

In the event of a chargeback or dispute:

  • The transaction will be reviewed in accordance with TAP’s chargeback process and applicable card scheme rules.
  • We reserve the right to submit all relevant documentation, including proof of service delivery, access logs, and acceptance of our Terms and Refund Policy.
  • Any chargeback raised in violation of this Refund Policy may result in suspension or termination of access to our services.
